Terms & Conditions For Website Giveaway Contest

Eligibility:

This giveaway is open to business owners and entrepreneurs who are 18 years of age or older with businesses located within a 50-mile radius of Lawrenceburg, Indiana. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Employees of 39 North Marketing and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

How to Enter:

To enter the giveaway, participants must complete all of the following steps:

  1. Follow 39 North Marketing on Facebook

  2. Like one of our website giveaway posts on Facebook

  3. Fill out the entry form on our website

Only one entry per person or business is allowed. Entries must be received by 11:59pm EDT on Saturday, May 31st, 2025 to be considered.

Prize Details:

One (1) winner will receive:

  • A custom one-page website developed by 39 North Marketing, featuring up to five sections (example: Welcome, About, Services, Testimonials, Contact)

  • One (1) year of free domain registration

  • One (1) year of website hosting provided by 39 North Marketing

  • Estimated Value: $1,800

Website Content Responsibilities of the Winner:

Website content (text, photos, logos, etc.) must be provided by the winner. 39 North Marketing will provide basic guidance on content organization and presentation. The website will be built using a platform of 39 North Marketing’s choosing: Wix.com.

Winner Selection & Announcement:

One winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries and announced on our Facebook page during the first week of June 2025. The winner will also be contacted via the email provided on the entry form.

If the winner does not respond within 2 days of notification, a new winner may be selected.

Additional Terms:

  • The prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash or other services.

  • The giveaway website does not include e-commerce functionality or advanced integrations unless agreed upon separately at the winner’s expense.

  • By entering, you agree to allow 39 North Marketing to showcase the finished website in our portfolio and marketing materials.

  • 39 North Marketing reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway if necessary, due to technical issues or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • 39 North Marketing reserves the right to render the final decision on all aspects of the website's content and design as well as which domain name will be selected for the free registration.

  • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.
